Beginners classes are for people who have never meditated before or haven’t done it for a while.
General classes are for people who have done meditation before and would like to keep up their practice.
Advanced are for people who want to take their practice deeper and further, i.e. to explore past lives or meeting their Spirit Guides/family etc.
Chakra Balancing are for anyone who would like to meditate on each of the Chakras so they are all balanced and in harmony.
